Subscription requests received after the first issue of a volume has been printed will run for the eight issues of that volume, unless otherwise indicated by the subscriber. Request Missing Issue (online form): Domestic claims for nonreceipt of issues should be made within 90 days of the month of publication, overseas claims within 180 days; thereafter, the regular back issue rate will be charged for replacement.

Change Address (online form): Address changes must be made at least three months before publication date. Please provide an old mailing label or the entire old address; the new address must include the zip code. Address changes or other requests for subscription information should be directed to the Business Manager.
